Tips and Notes
- Weave your ends after each time you cut the yarn to avoid having to do them all at the end.
- Please read the stitch guide for any abbreviations.
- To get a neater result, I do not “chain up” for the first sc of the round/row. Jump straight into the first sc.

Note: Cushion cover is worked as a rectangle and sewn onto the cushion, and two circles are made for each cushion and attached to the ends with a faux piping of reverse double crochet.
Cushion 1 Body
Section 1
Row 1 (RS) With Yarn No. 517, 68ch, 1dc in 2nd ch and in all chs across, turn. [67dc]
Row 2 and all WS Rows 1tr in all sts across, turn.
Row 3 1dc in next 3 sts, FPdtr2tog over 2nd dc and 6th dc from Row 1, [sk 1 st, 1dc in next 3 sts, FPdtr2tog over same dc st as prev and 4th dc from prev from Row 1] until 4 sts rem, sk 1 st, 1dc in 3 sts, turn.

Row 7 1dc in all sts/sps across placing 3dc bet puff sts and ensuring same st count as Row 1, cut yarn.

Sew to First Cushion
Widening Rows
Note: These rows are worked down the sides of the Cushion 1 Body.
Row 1 (RS) With Yarn No. 394 and holding Cushion 1 Body with RS facing, ss in final st of Section 5, beg tr in same st, 67tr evenly across, turn.
Row 2 1dc in all sts across, cut yarn.
Rep Rows 1 and 2 on opposite side of Cushion 1 Body, weave all ends.
Sew Cushion 1 Body to cushion as follows: Join Yarn No. 394 in both lps of both end sts at right-hand end of cushion. Ss through both lps of each set of subsequent sts until the left-hand side is reached, and the piece is wrapped around the cushion.
End Cap 1
Rnd 1 With Yarn No. 113, 3ch, ss in 3rd ch from hook to make ring, beg tr, 11tr, ss in beg tr.
Rnd 2 (Beg tr, 1tr) in next st, 2tr in each st around, ss in beg tr.
Rnd 3 (Beg tr, 1tr) in next st, [1tr in next st, 2tr in next st] around, 1tr, ss in beg tr.
Rnd 4 (Beg tr, 1tr) in next st, [1tr in next 2 sts, 2tr in next st] around, 1tr in next 2 sts, ss in beg tr.
Rnd 5 (Beg tr, 1tr) in next st, [1tr in next 3 sts, 2tr in next st] around, 1tr in next 3 sts, ss in beg tr.

Sew End Cap to end of cushion as follows: Use reverse double crochet worked through both lps of both End Cap sts, and Final Row of Section 6, making sure to work the 6 extra sts over the edges of the Widening Rows. This end of the cushion is now complete.
End Cap 2
Rnds 1-6 With Yarn No. 394, work as for End Cap 1.
Sew End Cap 2 onto the opposing side of the cushion, working reverse double crochet to sew End Cap 2 sts to Final Row of Section 5, working the 6 extra sts over the edges of the Widening Rows as before.
Weave all ends. Cushion 1 complete.
Cushion 2 Body
Section 1
Row 1 (RS) With Yarn No. 398, 66ch, 1dc in 2nd ch and in all chs across, turn. [65dc]
Row 2 1dc, [1dtr, 1dc] to end, turn.
Row 3 1dc in all sts across, turn.
Row 4 1dc, [1dc, 1dtr] until 2 sts rem, 1dc in final 2 sts, turn.
Row 5 1dc in all sts across, turn.
Row 6 1dc, [1dtr, 1dc] to end, turn.
Row 7 1dc in all sts across, cut yarn.
Section 2
