New Colour Crafter Packs (Amazing) – Plus Inspiration and a Design Sneak Peek!

Hello, amazing crafter! Isn’t there just something about receiving a yarn order in the mail and taking that fresh yarn out of the package? I know my yarn stash mysteriously multiplies in the night, but that doesn’t stop me from getting new yarn… I’ll crochet through it all someday, right?! (Just say yes lol) The yarn I most recently received is some Scheepjes Colour Crafter Colour Packs. There are six packs with 6 x 50g balls each, in coordinating colors. And I’m lucky enough to have received all six packs to review! Of course, since I’m a color lover, my latest crochet blanket design will be using all six, plus some 100g solid for the accent. In this post, I’ll show you the yarny goodness, of course, and I’ll also let you in on a little of my thought process as I start my new project. Keep reading to see a tiny peek of this latest blanket design, and take a look at my newly-arrived yarn.

There isn’t really any order that I am finishing these in either, so expect them to be fairly random. Here’s my Mini Hexagon Blanket that is now finished! I’ll be adding in FO pics and links to all of the WIP -> FO blog posts on the WIP pile reveal post.

Spring Mix Blanket: Free Crochet Pattern (UK Terms) – FO No. 4!

Hello, gorgeous crafter! Today I want to share with you my latest crochet pattern. I was playing with these blocks recently, and I made a blog post detailing the WIP on the way to making this pattern. What emerged was a lively mix of brights and pastels that feels exactly like spring: soft, bold, unexpected, and full of movement. PS – This blanket is one of my 19 WIPs that I am working on finishing this year! So I will call this FO Number 4. You can check out the Main WIP -> FO Page to see all of my WIPs and FO updates. Happy crafting! PDF Format The PDF version of this pattern is available on Etsy, Ravelry, and in my online shop, and both US and UK …
